Your service was really good. I already been telling people about you guys even before I had my hard drive back. Now I have it back and back to work with my files, it's great. The only suggestion I have is not to send anything back this way UPS anymore. Too slow. When tracking with them, the last place it is scanned is in Lachine , Quebec . It is not scanned anymore until it is actually delivered here at the store. So from here to Lachine , we cannot tell where our package is from their online tracking site. But thank you so much for getting my hard drive information back. Lesson learned... constant backing up for me!!! I'll spread your company name and the good work you do.
